2009 Proved to be a very successful year for us, taking trophies every where we went from Ireland to the English championships and not taking prisoners anywhere. It seems the monthly squad training is paying off and so it should, you all train very well and put 100% into every squad session you do, but we’re not finished yet and probably never will be, there’s still a lot of work to be done and a big ladder to climb and the only way to the top is hard work. I’d like to say a real special THANKYOU to all the squad members for your continued hard work and well done to the coaches for their hard work and time.
