The last newsletter for 2010

Well this is the final News letter this year, oh how the year has flown. The start of the year was not too busy but successful with both Fight Night 2010 and competitions.

          With our sights set on Belgium next year there's a lot of training to be done, so now the summer holidays are coming to an end its time to knuckle down to some hard work if you want a place on the Belgium trip. Wales is once again on us and with a good response is looking to be another good one (as always).

         There have been some asking about teaching in the near future so i've sorted a date for an instructors course, it will be a theory  course more than a practical course. Also myself and Sensei Lee are talking of an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) course we are going to hold sometime within the next four months, as soon as we have decided on a date i'll let you know, Adults 15yrs and above only and not for the faint hearted.

         Dates for the fourth coming events (That i know about) are listed below and if any thing else arises then i'll up date the news letter straight away.
